Length - If possible, limit the resume to two pages. A one-page presentation is not a necessity and may prove to be a hindrance if valuable information is omitted.
Format - Select a consistent approach that allows plenty of white space. A clean, easily absorbed font such as the omnipresent Times New Roman should be utilized.
Concise Sections - Emphasize your accomplishments in a succinct, direct manner.
Edit - Check the document thoroughly for spelling and grammatical errors.
Appearance - Make certain to use appropriate stock and a printer of laser quality.
